Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will gladly replace the item.
